Ufc Fight Night 49 Results: Jordan Mein Finishes Mike Pyle In The First Round – Yahoo Sports

That’s because he landed a hard left hand just over one minute into the bout that put Pyle down on the mat. He followed up with a number of hard shots and that was all she wrote. Just like that, the Strikeforce import has built a winning streak in impressive fashion. In the post-fight interview, he told Jon Anik he wanted a finish like the one he delivered because he wants to keep fighting in the “main and co-main event slots. Has hip-hop successfully infiltrated the fashion industry as rapper A$AP Rocky and model girlfriend Chanel Iman land editorial spread in Vogue magazine? | TheCelebrityCafe.com

According to ABC News West’s rant at the Wireless Music Festival in July targeted Nike and the Gucci group for trying to marginalize him because he was a black entertainer. Surprisingly, West’s rant came after he and his then fiancee Kim Kardashian snatched the April 2014 cover of Vogue. Many high-fashion critics had much to say about having an egotistical rapper and reality star donning the cover of the fashion bible. However, it appears Editor-in-chief Anna Wintor saw the need to move forward with the changing culture of fashion. The Kimye appearance in Vogue opened up the floodgates for more rapper-model couples. This week a few pictures from the September 2014 issue of Vogue have surfaced online via Twitter.

Revolution 1, Chivas USA 0 – Lee Nguyen Puts New England Back In The Win Column – Yahoo Sports

After a lackluster first half by both teams and despite the Revolution controlling much of the possession, the second half started off with a caution to A.J. Soares for persistent infringement. Soares committed his fourth foul of the game in the 48th minute against Erick Torres prompting center referee David Gantar to issue the first caution. Gantar would go back to his yellow card minutes later, when internet Chivas defender Tony Lochhead slid through Charlie Davies in the 53rd minute. It was a heavy challenge that caught Davies in the ankle and drew some protests for a straight red card although Gantar optioned for just the caution. But the Revs were still dominating the possession and putting pressure on Dan Kennedy ‘s net, including Daigo Kobayashi’s effort that just went over the bar in the 54th, and the Revs found the breakthrough in the 56th minute. Diego Fagundez switched the attack to Kelyn Rowe on the right side, and Rowe found Daigo Kobayashi on a first touch and Daigo tried to play an nifty one-two with a backheel.
